Study the attrition report of the Organization and create an analysis document on reasons of attrition faced by educate girls as well as other NGO\'s3. Create a document, that maps every annexure in the organization to the employee life cycle.

ABOUT RADHIKA KOTIAN
I started my journey as a Management Trainee at Tata Consumer Products. Currently I am part of the Campus team and take care of campus recruitment and engagements.I have completed my MBA in HR with a gold medal from NMIMS Mumbai, I did my summer internship with Arcesium India which is the child company of DE Shaw group, where I interned with the OD team and learnt how change is brought about in an organization, apart from my summer internship I also worked on a project with the Landmark group where I created a labour law presentation for their Max retail store employees and conducted HR audit for their MAX stores as well.I have a degree in Computer Engineering and worked as a senior software engineer at Capgemini India Pvt Ltd.
