About Radhika Kalia
In 2011 I joined Aon Hewitt as part of their talent and organizational consulting operations team, my passion for my job drove me towards pursuing an M.B.A in HR, where I got the opportunity to work with a start-up which gave me great insights about the role of the HR department in the evolving business world.After my MBA I jumped right back into the HR consulting space, where I got exposed to almost all facets of the domain, be it performance management, organization design or leadership assessments.I begin my day by looking for new learning opportunities, whether it is working on the HR practices in a new industry or an opportunity for implementing the plethora of best practices that I have acquired or getting exposed to a new dimension in the people space.
