   In this role, I support the Customer Education, Commodity Insights team to drive Sales Enablement through the S&P Global Energy Core platform (earlier called Platts Connect). Core is a platform that provides real-time market data, market intelligence, price assessments, and news and alerts related to the energy market developments. The goal of our team is to support, educate and enable energy market participants, like traders, analysts, risk managers, strategic planners, and CXO\'s in utilizing the product to conduct their role efficiently. I work closely with the Portfolio Managers, Head of Design and Development, Customer Success team, LMS team, and Operations team to ensure we deliver effective learning experiences. I partner with PMs to conduct training needs analysis, create training outline, design instructional strategy and develop on-demand courses for our customers, with key focus on learner-centered design, goal-oriented learning outcomes, design thinking, continuous iteration, user experience, and technology integration.
