Product Analyst |(Cashless And Reimbursement Claims) As a Product Analyst at HealthTech company I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, implementation, and optimization of claims workflow. My role was centered around ensuring smooth both claims journey operations and facilitating seamless process for Hospital and Patients, driving product enhancements, and solving key challenges across the flow.Claims Management : Optimized end-to-end claim workflows by identifying bottlenecks, running daily RCA on operational errors coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process, system compatibility, and improved functionality.This helped reduce processing time, minimize manual errors, and improve patient and hospital experience.Automation & Process Efficiency: Implemented and managed UiPath RPA bots to automate claim-status updates and repetitive operational tasks, significantly reducing manual effort and improving turnaround for both cashless and reimbursement claims.Stakeholder and Cross-functional Collaboration : Worked closely with internal teams (Tech and operations) and stakeholders to manage escalations, challenges, and resolved Settlement queries and implemented solutions.Dashboards & Analytics: Used SQL in Superset to analyze claims data, monitor claim-wise performance, and build hospital case-tracking dashboards across multiple locations. These dashboards enabled real-time visibility into claim status, pending actions, and process gaps for product and operations stakeholders.This role has given me full exposure across claims operations from requirement understanding and data analysis to process optimization and automation enabling me to bridge business needs with product enhancements and operational excellence.
