Work with all stakeholders to define what value is and to ensure that the team adds value. • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones, and being accountable for them • Drive cultural change by promoting an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices • Coordinate hand-offs with other product teams in TCoE e.g. TDA, Argus, TaaS • Accountable for Customer Solution deployment • Prioritize work together with the Business Owner and maximize the quality of deliverables • Resolve conflict and take related decisions in alignment with the Business Owner and Domain Owner • Be responsible for the Product Lifecycle for Transportation CoE Products • Work closely with Domain Owner/s and Business Owners for right sizing the Product Team • Manage the backlog and prioritize work together with the Business Owner, Conduct Sprint reviews with the customer • Enable the team to deliver and avoid overload • Support in preparing and conducting project presentations to customers • Bring the Product team to a next Maturity Level in autonomy (self-management, self-organization) and personal development of team members by focus on continuous improvement • Responsible to functionally lead the associates that work on the product and participate to provide the input on the HR processes e.g. performance reviews, grading etc. Through Respective resource Line Management. Line Manager is responsible for HR Process. • Provide periodic feedback to TGM on resource skills or end of the assignment. Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap Groom and prioritize backlog Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria Set sprint goals Write acceptance tests Plan releases and upgrades Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints Analyze preferences and requests of end users Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback Keep track of industry trends
