My name is Radhe Patel, and I am a second-year undergraduate student at Seton Hall University, pursuing a double major in Accounting and Finance. Over the summer, I worked as a Accounting Bookkeeper for Essential Procurement Services and as a Sales Representative for JQ National Distributor, where I gained valuable experience in financial recordkeeping, customer relations, and business operations. I am passionate about developing a strong foundation in financial analysis, auditing, and investment principles, and I am eager to apply my academic knowledge to real-world business challenges. I am motivated to continue growing through internships and networking opportunities, with the goal of building a career in the accounting and financial services industry.

   As Recruitment Chair for Alpha Chi Rho, I oversaw all aspects of the chapter’s recruitment strategy and new member outreach. I planned and executed recruitment events, coordinated schedules, and built strong relationships with potential new members to ensure they understood our values and brotherhood. I worked closely with the executive board to set goals, manage communications, and create a welcoming and organized recruitment process. In this role, I strengthened my skills in leadership, strategic planning, communication, and event management while helping drive membership growth and maintain a positive chapter culture.
