During this engagement, I collaborated with multiple stakeholders, led requirement discussions, and presented design concepts for a centralized agent portal that enabled seamless access to customer information—improving operational efficiency and user experience.Currently, I am focused on strengthening my expertise in Product Management, Business Analysis, and Agile methodologies, with a keen interest in building customer-centric products.
