I am actually an unofficial(not on papers) Team manager and I mean this by stating that I used to execute all the managerial duties and take care of my team mostly when our manager is busy or in her absence(Mostly she will be on a different shift). As soon as I login I will fetch the data using Looker app, analyse the data and post it in our group regarding the workable cases and pending cases. I will make sure everyone complete the assigned cases and update in the tracker and also assign cases to them if required. I will also track their performance and inform their drawbacks and areas of improvement.
