My Team \'ORTHOHEXAGON\' is a comprehensive Orthopaedic services provider with excellent clinical outcomes.It\'s been 45 days since I joined Renova Group as HOD & Chief Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon for 3 branches Sanathnagar, NIGL, Langar Houz along with my full team of OrthoHexagon. I also took up the responsibility of Group CEO for Multispeciality division of Renova Hospitals which includes above 3 branches and Kompally branch. My vision is to create a mid level multispeciality hospitals chain providing best in class health care services to aspirational middle class delivering great value for money and patient experiences on par with any high end corporate Hospitals. I strongly believe in providing \'health care with values\' and it takes more of focus on quality and patient centric services from the people involved than just the loads of money.As the CEO of Konnect Diagnostics, I take care of our patients, Providers, B2B clients, team members, and investor\'s interests focusing on Patient centric care, Employee engagement, Duel strategy of Rapid Growth & Sustainability driven by passion and supported by exceptional teams right from the Board to the entire pyramid.    After serving at all levels of management of a hospital, took a dive into another challenging but exciting vertical of healthcare \" Diagnostics \". Its been an Year since joined one of the fastest growing diagnostic chain in Telangana Konnect Diagnostics, the journey has been exhilarating to say the least. Achieving NABL Accreditation for our Central Path Lab, starting a new Fetal Medicine centre at Uppal branch, starting operations in Bangalore with a new world class Diagnostic centre, acquiring a running centre from Sircilla, entering new vertical of Clinical Research by acquiring a CR Lab in Ahmedabad, and winning couple of prestigious awards were some of the important events but the best are the employees growing loyalty, and Patient\'s growing trust expressed through the 5star ratings for our services.Started this journey of balancing both clinical work of Orthopaedics and heading one of the best Diagnostic chain with caution, apprehensions and definitely with some anxiety but now realised that it\'s one of the best decisions i took in a long time. Two completely different verticals, two different teams and two different work cultures are striking the right balance and giving a great stability to my life as against my initial fears of failure in both. Going forward with lots of plans and loads of energy, hoping to continue this dream run!
