Training & Development• Organize Training & Development Programs for Employees on a regular basis / as and when required.• Devise Training and Development Program for new recruits and existing employees.Employee Engagement• Responsible for Organizational Development Initiatives and Employee Engagement Activities in coordination with the ManagersPayroll Processing• Time Office & Leave Management• Ensure Payroll processing for all employees on a regular basis in coordination with the concerned department.• Share relevant inputs to Payroll vendor Performance Management System • Define Performance Management framework & the implementation plan. Statutory Compliance• Maintain all statutory records from Vendors.• Ensure statutory compliance with all relevant employment and statutory laws and monitor availability of all relevant documentation to meet compliance requirements.• Filing of all reports and returns Exit Management• Handle all exit formalities until full and final settlement like exit interview and NOC.Reporting & MIS• Share daily reports on HR related activities, Employees & Employment Contractors.• Submission of Safety & Health related reports Miscellaneous• Perform Industrial relations functions.• Grievance handling
