ABOUT NICK RADFORD
Nick is Managing Director and Head of Project & Development Services (PDS) Canada for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), based in Toronto.He is a senior Construction/Real Estate/Project Management leader with operations and P&L experience growing business units strategically and sustainably. He has led multidisciplinary teams successfully delivering major projects, and has managed key accounts consistently achieving exceptional client service. In a career spanning over 25 years, Nick has worked for general contractors and professional consultancy organizations across many real estate sectors delivering new build hotels and resorts, data centres, higher education facilities, retail superstores, corporate office buildings, and delivered TI’s for major financial institutions. He has operated in several global markets including the UK, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Canada delivering great outcomes for some of the world\'s most prestigious clients.Nick is people focused and has strength in developing solid client relationships built on trust and commitment. He has a determination to build great teams, drive performance, and firmly believes that quality outcomes are derived not just from the quality of the direct deliverable, but quality in the way we plan, the quality of our communication and collaboration, and in how we operate.
