Accountable to lead the delivery of a new approach to WW Network resilience and performance, driving improved performance for the environment and customers. Working closely with the WWS Networks teams, Asset Management, Engineering, other internal teams and external service providers.The core duties:Accountable for meeting Health and Safety legal requirements and demonstrating a quantifiable improvement in Health and Safety culture. • Accountable for designing and delivering Enhanced Pollution Reduction Strategy for SWW. • Provide support and focus for WWS to implement the strategy, ensuring consistency of approach across all business areas • Track improvements; Drive a reliability culture within the Wholesale WWS business unit that improves performance cost and compliance in addition to prolonging the operational life of assets. • To implement and adhere to a governance process that ensures regulatory maintenance requirements are adhered to and business governance discharged across the operational management team. Involvement in local Stakeholder liaison, including customers and the Environment Agency.• To drive the delivery of support services and third parties to ensure the needs of the wholesale delivery business are met. • Accountable for delivering ODI targets and the OPEX and Reactive CAPEX budgets associated with WW Networks. • To implement a Waste Water Business Plan that meets all Operational Business Objectives and Targets in conjunction with the Company’s vision of delivering Pure Water, Pure Service and Pure Environment. • Preparation and delivery of annual area business plans to include OPEX & reactive CAPEX budgets for network business unit• Develop tools, systems and business processes that deliver Root Cause Analysis, lessons learnt & procedures that satisfy the Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR) and deliver improved resilience• Achieve the Company’s Regulatory, Environment Agency Targets and Customer Service Standards.

I am Master in Civil Engineering and Water Resources Management; Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and PRINC2 certified Project Manager. Highly motivated professional, with 30 years of experience within civil engineering & water industry, gained at variety of projects in Europe, Asia and United Kingdom. Project & contract management, ground works & civil engineering, facility management, tender procedures, change management, specialist works in no-dig technology and rehabilitation of pipe-works systems, accompanied with strong knowledge in IT solutions, software programming and ACAD (GIS) are my core skills.In 2008, my project, Rehabilitation of pipe-work system at cooling plant of Kilroot Power Station – Northern Ireland was awarded by UKSTT for achievement in category medium size projects.My approach to facility & contract management has been recognized by Defence Estate (MoD) for creating and introducing new model for auditing of Infrastructure Support Provider’s performance within Facility Management Contract. Winner of IT inactive of the year (SWW Team) Utility Week Awards 2017
