Create contracts (blanket/stand-alone) for Vendors and senior management through Maximo for Transmission Engineering team. Ensuring timely approvals and execution of releases of these contracts through administration and management, and effective communication with 25+ vendors. Collect proper invoices data to the contract releases for invoice verification by validating the code blocks are correct for processing with accounting. Process monthly accruals for any expenses exceeding $50k by submitting a SNOW ticket to utility FBP. I’ve collaborated with management to create a SharePoint specific to our Transmission Engineering team that will bea centralized location for all contract releases. This has help to lower the traffic flow of 100s of emails. Coordinate large corporate events/meetings, such as, team trainings within the five departments of the projectdelivery engineering organization. Manage monthly expenditure on corporate credit card through SAP Concur by itemization and reporting alltransactions with corresponding declarations. Organize/maintained scheduling in Outlook for corporate rooms for PDE team to assure no overlapping, good timemanagement, and systematic coordination. Editor of the Power Delivery Engineering Organization Quarterly TE Newsletter for our team expanding to over200+ individuals. This was a selective contribution with the ultimate goal of outreach and networking. Analyze and develop reports for Transmission Engineering (Power Delivery) team through condensing sizable rawdata from multiple Power BI reports for Close Call/Good Catches, Volunteerism, and Plus Ones to transmit to our Scorecard for monthly executive safety meeting.
