   12/22 - Current) As the SAAS Web Experience team manager I work closely with product, design, and the revenue team to create and improve our revenue-generating products and features. I help guide the team in the design and implementation of new services and products, navigating from initial solution discovery all the way to project break down and execution. I actively develop alongside my team, we primarily use JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node, and Terraform.(2/22 - 12/22) As the Merchant Experience team manager, I coordinated and contributed in providing the best merchant experience possible for our merchant partners utilizing micro frontend architecture systems built with Javascript and React and corresponding orchestration services in Go. Our team operated with TDD and heavy pair-programming- As a Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer, I am responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using React, Javascript, Typescript, Node, and Go. I write infrastructure code using Terraform to deploy and manage cloud resources on AWS and leverage Jest for unit tests and Cypress for end-to-end tests to ensure reliable, high quality code. I build out architecture and ensure that our applications are scalable and work very closely with Design and Product to build out the solutions that our customers will love. Culture has always been a passion of mine - I\'ve started and managed many resource groups at Route including but not limited to our Women In Tech employee resource group which meets monthly, the cross-department Leadership Bookclub group where I coordinated 30 individuals rotating in weekly discussion groups, our Web Guild series which was focused on building up the skillset of any frontend facing engineers, and our new Discussion Series group which is aimed at giving employees a place to share, learn, and discuss new and interesting content.
