Leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning, we strive to reshape decision-making processes and drive innovation within the organization.Previously, I was immersed in the world of Generative AI at Intellect Design Arena, serving as a Data Scientist - Senior Project Lead. My leadership played a pivotal role in developing transformative solutions for the BFSI sector. The GenAI product we developed, based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Reasoning + Action methodologies, empowered financial institutions to enhance their decision-making capabilities.At Wipro, as a Lead Data Scientist, I led the deployment of sophisticated multi-layered classifiers and transformer-based models. Our integration of LLMs such as BERT and GPT revolutionized client call classification. By harnessing AWS cloud services, we excelled in A/B testing and maintained a robust CI/CD pipeline, demonstrating my enduring commitment to excellence and passion for data-driven problem-solving.
