   I got the pleasure to work as an intern directly under Dr. Mitez Sheth, Head of Strategic Initiatives and Treasury, during my internship with CASI Global in Mumbai, India.During the internship, I was primarily responsible for promoting financial literacy and raising awareness about a range of issues, including retirement planning, age-based asset allocation, and financial planning. In order to do this, I approached businesses, institutions of higher learning, and schools to persuade them to put up a free training programme for their staff members.I gained useful skills in relationship development, outreach, and communication throughout the internship. I carefully collaborated with Dr. Sheth and the other team members to create successful approaches for contacting possible partners and promoting the training course.I now have a stronger appreciation for the value of financial literacy and how it can aid both individuals and companies in achieving their objectives thanks to this experience. Overall, my internship with CASI Global was a worthwhile experience that gave me hands-on training in my area of interest while having a beneficial influence on the neighbourhood.
