An avid learner and a continuous self improver.Started my professional journey in the field of Quality Management System(QMS) and traversed through roles in Information Security Management System (ISMS), IT Service Mgmt.(ITSM), Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Governance Risk & Compliance(GRC), Operational Risk Mgmt.(ORM) to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) over the course of approx 13 years. Worked as Manager - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Risk team for HCLTech carrying out responsibilities of conducting Risk Assessments(Due Diligence) of Risk & Compliance areas (InfoSec, Privacy, BCM, Regulatory, Governance)(1st line) along with HR, Finance, Legal & IT(2nd Line areas) on potential targets for acquisition and then managing the integrations for R&C areas of acquired target entities alongwith identifying & reporting the associated risks to management to help them take an informed decision.Previously worked with NCR Corporation, Evry India Pvt. Ltd, HCL Infotech Ltd, Accenture Services Ltd.(client Sony India Software Services Ltd.), eClerx Services Ltd. and UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Ltd.
