Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational issues. Design and optimize workflows, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across finance, HR, support and operations teams and other departments to drive operational excellence. Communicate operational performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Collaborate on capacity planning, resource allocation, and serve as escalation point for complex operational challenges.• Strategic Initiatives: Lead large-scale projects and change management initiatives.
