Management Consultant turned Head of Products by profession Rachit continues to challenge the status quo and bring method to the madness. He looks for simple, scalable solutions to solve problems on the ground. Previously Head of Strategy at Airtel Payments Bank, Ex-Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, he is a hustler!Growing up in a business community of Panipat has allowed him to imbibe nuances of business at a very nascent age. He understands its intricacies and appreciates the amount of effort that goes behind building and scaling them. Education alongside a group of high achievers has always kept him on the edge to stretch, grow, and break established boundaries. In the process, it has also supplemented the soft skills he needed to navigate myriads of life.At Deloitte, he focused on the areas of fintech, payments, banking, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition & servicing, process design & improvement, target operating model design, project management, and regulatory compliance. In the last 4+ years, he has supported and led client efforts across US, India, UK and middle east managing multiple teams across geographies. Before Deloitte, he shouldered responsibilities ranging from business development for a consulting startup to training some of the smartest people for different entrance exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, etcetera. To be an enabler for people chasing their dreams excites him to continue investing time in mentorship and development.Additionally, he is passionate about individual’s growth through proper nutrition, outdoor sports, and mindfulness. He is a certified fitness and mindfulness coach.All these experiences have made him appreciate the importance of hard work, self-belief, and intent in everything he does. He feels fortunate to have met some of the most inspiring people and he continues to draw motivation from them. In the last few years, he also realised the power of gratitude for all this life has offered.
