Assigned a Short Term Project in Seoul, Korea leading Citi’s Korea Regional Credit Team. As a VP Team Lead, I am responsible for reviewing CAMs which covers risk ratings, classifications and key risks for obligors in Citi’s Korea Corporate Portfolio. The portfolio consists of obligors across a broad spectrum of risk profile, from large global high investment grade relationships to smaller non-investment grade credits and private equity sponsored leveraged finance. I lead interaction with all key stakeholders, including senior business partners and ICM Underwriters, for all credit matters pertaining to obligors in the portfolio. I am also responsible for training and performance management for the team of 2 VP Team Leads and around 10 AVPs/Senior Credit Analysts.
