ABOUT RACHEL ZHANG

Let me take you on a journey. Fifteen years ago, I started out as a wide-eyed Analyst, eager to learn everything I could about the world of Mergers & Acquisitions. I worked hard, learned from the best, and quickly moved up the ranks to become a Managing Director.The name of my company, Kalalau Capital, is inspired by my love of the outdoors and my experiences hiking the Kalalau Trail in Kauai, Hawaii. I\'ve hiked the trail twice and failed to reach the end both times, but each time I learned more about myself and those experiences taught me the value of persistence and determination. This drive and persistence is what I bring to every client engagement, and I\'m committed to helping business owners and their M&A advisors and investors reach their goals in a way that honors their unique story and vision. When I\'m not working, you can find me hiking, camping, or engaging in other outdoor activities. I\'m a proud graduate of Indiana University. I\'m a Legal Mergers & Acquisitions Expert (LM & A) Charterholder and a retired CPA. I\'m also a member of the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances (imaa).
