After selling my previous company I knew the time was right for me to put my lifelong passion for property into action, with hard work and a love of business in my DNA. I set out to establish FlexHomes with a single aim: “to generate opportunity for all within property”A natural organiser with a tenacity to deliver solution-based outcomes, I bridge the gap between the key people in property: Investors - Tenants - Vendors. I work with people who need speed and certainty when selling their homes, inherited properties or retiring portfolio landlords, buying these properties directly, repurposing them for families & breathing new life into them. In turn, creating secure homes for our tenants; making positive impacts on their day-to-day situations.My role is to begin a journey with everyone I work with on a daily basis, instilling the belief that by collaboration, trust, and creating mutually beneficial relationships we can build secure futures for everyone to thrive from and in.Our high net worth investors are like minded individuals, who appreciate the transformational nature of property, by working in collaboration we create opportunity through our flexibility. One size does not fit all, decisions are based upon transparency and trust; allowing us to personalise what we do. We work with investors on an above market fixed return basis or JV basis depending on the value of investment, and time scales. Our model allows us to buy in cash, refurbish & refinance properties. Most of my day I spend talking to people, and I do like a chat Building our power team in the North East, focussing my efforts on our target area of East of Newcastle, and working with my appointed tax advisor, accountant, IFA & solicitor to get deals done. I love reading and keeping an avid eye on the current economic developments in the NE, a prolific researcher with a vociferous attention to detail and data. Monitoring trends, market analysis and property analysis.

A more recent project, a beautiful multifaceted holiday let property in Bedlington, Northumberland. With no hotels and unable to find somewhere to stay that met my needs I set about creating my vision – “Airbnb at its Best”. A home away from home for guests travelling to the busy Port of Blyth on long stay work trips.
