Support mature, part-time and foundation year students one-to-one with their academic skills- Lead modules on Employability in a Changing World (BA Professional Studies) and Skills, Theoretical Perspectives and Practice in Children\'s and Young People\'s welfare (Foundation degree in Child and Family Studies)- Teach optional workshops for foundation year learners and mature/part-time undergraduates- Teach Kickstart workshops and develop online resources for University applicants to prepare them for study- Lead the LLC\'s Learning Forum, a monthly meeting about Learning and Teaching for colleagues- Co-lead the Academic skills network, a regional network for people working in academic skills, organising regular events and facilitating communications- Design and develop online learning resources, including the new Mature Student Skills Resource in collaboration with the library, Mature Student Advisory Board and Digital Education Service: https://resources.library.leeds.ac.uk/mature-student-skills/#/page/654a3eed2efed59f640f63cc- Influence cross-team student support and widening participation activities
