A global lead for wellbeing at Sage, embedding health, inclusion, equity, and resilience into our people strategy across 20+ countries and colleagues.I design, deliver, and scale evidence-based programmes across mental, physical, and social wellbeing, supporting business growth, safety, productivity, inclusion, and risk mitigation. By influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders, I position wellbeing not as a standalone HR initiative but as a strategic business driver and ESG priority, deeply interwoven with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).A key achievement is building governance and leadership capability through the Healthy Mind Coach network: a global community of 180+ colleagues, from apprentices to executives, across 10 countries. I lead this program to drive systemic culture change, inclusive leadership, and wellbeing equity, removing barriers so both colleagues and the business can thrive. With expertise spanning mental health at work, DEI, strategic wellbeing, and high-performance cultures, I create and implement global strategies that ensure colleagues feel healthy, supported, and valued, unlocking resilience, innovation, and growth.I bring deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing with business strategy. My approach combines strategic thinking, specialist knowledge, and international scalability with constructive challenge to stress-test initiatives and ensure commitments are impactful, measurable, and deliver sustainable change. Workplace wellbeing drives individual performance. Performance drives business growth. Sage is a FTSE 100 market leader in integrated accounting, payroll, and payment systems, empowering millions of businesses worldwide. With colleagues across 20+ countries, we support entrepreneurs as they drive the global economy.
