As a Partner at WBK and Chair of the WBK Women\'s Initiative, I practice at the intersection of emerging technology and consumer protection, including accessibility, data privacy, Internet of Things, robocall/TCPA, and unfair/deceptive practices. Whether compliance with FCC rules, state privacy laws, or FTC guidance, I aim to be my clients’ go-to as they design their products and services in a changing regulatory and legal landscape – and seek rule changes or waivers to make their innovative products viable. I also help technology and media companies, carriers and manufacturers comply with and develop FCC regulations related to accessibility, hearing aid compatibility, and equipment authorization/marketing. In addition, I counsel clients on the clearance of trademarks and the prosecution of federal trademark applications. Having been an in-house attorney, I appreciate the pressures in-house counsel face and leverage that experience into exceptional client service.
