I\'m a communications professional with more than 17 years of experience. I\'m deeply passionate about leadership and communication strategies that not only enlighten but also engage diverse audiences. My guiding principle is to craft and deliver narratives that resonate with both internal teams and the public while upholding values, fostering inclusivity, and promoting corporate social responsibility. As an accomplished communications professional, I bring extensive expertise in strategic communication planning, crisis management, and social issues navigation. My proficiency includes managing communication for complex topics and guiding communication at the executive level. I specialize in crafting compelling content for diverse platforms, engaging stakeholders through strategic counsel, and aligning communication efforts with business priorities. Throughout my career, I\'ve been honored with recognitions that underscore my commitment to excellence, including being named a Ragan Top Woman in Communications 2025 and receiving the Southwest Airlines President’s Award in 2020. I have led initiatives on belonging, human trafficking awareness, and corporate giving, and I\'ve developed training programs set to be released in upcoming company strategies.
