ABOUT RACHEL ROSENFELDT

Over the course of two decades at the intersection of business, art and philanthropy, I\'ve helped drive innovation and growth in mission-driven institutions that make a meaningful, impactful difference for all those around them. I have a proven track record in the development of multi-disciplinary teams (including HR, marketing/business development and executive leadership) through periods of rapid growth, organizational development, and leadership changes that have significantly improved the quality, impact, and effectiveness of people and the organizations they serve.I believe that art and science are inextricably linked across all areas of business and life. While I go “under the hood” with everything I do – devouring research and data, uncovering the missing puzzle pieces – making something great requires the art of inspiring, engaging, and activating the people that surround it. This reinforces the value of teams, and the idea that the group is exponentially more powerful than any one individual. I have a knack for simplifying complex concepts so they can be understood by anyone, while maintaining the essence and weight of an idea so it remains meaningful for the highest level executive or board member.
