Manage regulatory submissions for oncology clinical trials using central IRB platforms (Advarra, WCG, CIRBI, Sterling), local IRB/committee systems (eProtocol, IBC), sponsor systems (IQVIA, WCG Investigator Space, Veeva, Janssen, GOG), and site tools (OnCore CTMS, Advarra eReg), ensuring timely startup and compliance with ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.• Prepare and track IRB applications, continuing reviews, amendments, and study closures, expediting approval timelines and supporting seamless trial activation.• Partner with investigators, study coordinators, sponsors, and monitors to resolve regulatory queries, facilitating communication and alignment across clinical trial stakeholders.• Conduct internal audits and assist during sponsor/FDA inspections, reinforcing site readiness and improving overall trial quality.• Update and maintain source documents (FDA Form 1572, Financial Disclosure Forms, Informed Consent Forms, Protocol Signature Page, Investigator Brochure Signature Page, Delegation of Authority Log, etc.) and manage electronic regulatory binders in OnCore CTMS/eReg, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and inspection readiness throughout the trial lifecycle.• Maintain CITI credentialing and training records for research staff, ensuring compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide guidance to research staff on regulatory and operational workflows, strengthening overall trial efficiency.• Serve as a Wellness Ambassador, promoting employee well-being initiatives and contributing to a supportive workplace culture that prioritizes mental and physical health.• Participate as an active member of the Pride Business Resource Group (BRG), supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and fostering an inclusive environment for staff and patients.

ABOUT RACHEL ROGERS
I am a public health professional and doctoral candidate in Community and Public Health focused on strengthening behavioral health, resilience, and prevention through community-based education and collaborative partnerships.As Founder and Director of Embodied Whole Health, I design and facilitate community prevention and behavioral health education programs that translate research into practical strategies supporting stress regulation, resilience, and well-being. Across more than 3,300 hours of training and instruction, I have worked with community groups, organizations, and public health partners to increase awareness of trauma-informed approaches, adverse childhood experiences, and prevention strategies that support healthier communities.My research and teaching connect behavioral health science with real-world prevention efforts. My doctoral research examines perceived stress and interoceptive awareness among adults in the Danville–Pittsylvania region, while earlier work explored mindfulness-based interventions for chronic pain as a response to the opioid epidemic. I regularly present this work at state and national conferences focused on rural health, public health, and community well-being.Professionally, I also work in clinical research at Novant Health, coordinating regulatory and operational activities supporting oncology trials and initiatives that advance equitable access and diverse participation in research. This work strengthens my experience with program coordination, documentation, and cross-sector collaboration in complex health systems.Beyond my professional roles, I remain actively engaged in regional public health efforts.
