I’m Rachel — a Software Engineer who loves building interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed.Since April 2025, I’ve been at Distyl, where I work on enhancing the product’s core user experience, building UI\'s made for our individual client projects, and partnering with design and backend teams to ship features that make a meaningful impact. Before Distyl, I spent two years at Alteryx, contributing to features that improved user growth and supported key product workflows.My technical focus includes JavaScript, React, Python, and HTML/CSS, and I’m especially interested in UI performance, reusable component systems, and clean, scalable architecture. Earlier in my career, I completed frontend-heavy internships at Twitter and within an academic lab, working on projects that strengthened my foundation in React and full-stack development.As I continue growing into mid-level roles, I’m motivated by solving real user problems, collaborating across disciplines, and building polished experiences that feel great to use.
