   Partner with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions and post job opportunities to online job boards • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP’s to open and track new and replacement requisitions • Partner with Finance to determine headcount and budget forecasting • Run as needed reporting such as metrics for hiring and turnover numbers, diversity metrics, candidate pipeline, etc. • Conduct initial resume and phone screening of candidates when needed to determine candidates’ suitability for the role and obtain the required information to pass along to the recruiters • High-volume scheduling of phone, virtual and onsite interviews for the entire company • Maintain all applicant information in our system of record, ensuring compliance issues are met with regards to the recruitment process. • Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval and sending to candidate • Initiate new hire onboarding, including completing background checks & needed paperwork. • Support referral process, internship programs, and employer branding activities • Develop multi-channel candidate pipeline through employee referrals, sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques), meetups and events • Provide operational support for systems and processes including Greenhouse, Gem, BambooHR, Tap Recruit, Udemy • Manage Talent Calendar: Coordinate meeting such as team meetings, intake meetings, debrief sessions, etc • Conduct employee interview training • Organize travel arrangements for candidates, booking flights, hotel accommodations, process candidate travel expense reimbursements. • Familiar with Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Skype; comfortable learning new platforms • Provide other administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
