   Full cycle recruiting – intake meeting to first-day new hire orientation. Collaborate with hiring manager and HR to identify needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, skills, and salary range for the position. Source candidates through a variety of methods including networking with industry contacts and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter); attend industry and community-related job fairs. Create, update, and prepare recruiting materials and handouts for community-related job fairs and college campus recruiting events. Review all resumes and evaluate work history, education and training, job skills and performance, compensation, and other qualifications of applicants. Coordinate and conduct phone screens and move candidates through the process with hiring managers. Achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, diversity, number of hires, time to fill, hiring manager and new hire satisfaction, cost-per-hire, turnover data, and other data provided in a report.
