Began career by consulting while earning PhD. Initial external consulting roles focused on organizational development solutions (employee training and employee surveys). Shifted to an internal position at a global IT company supporting 1,500 employees across 50 countries, where worked on organizational effectiveness (leadership development and coaching, employee engagement, and organizational redesign), change management (ERP implementations and service delivery models), and other OD efforts.At Korn/Ferry, consulted with a variety of Fortune 500 clients in their global integrated talent management, succession planning, and executive assessment efforts. Also acted as a facilitator, coach, and program manager throughout client engagements.In 2012, moved to an internal role, the global Director of Learning & Development for the Leadership and Talent Consulting line of business ($250M organization). Responsibilities included creating and implementing global development, training, and onboarding programs for consulting line and internal staff. After the PDI NH and Global Novations acquisitions, nominated to lead the integration team in charge of cross-training the 3 legacy firms. Started independent consulting in leadership development, coaching, and executive assessment in late 2013. Also worked as a consultant/alliance partner at TalentQuest, Lee Hecht Harrison, LDW, The River Group, RHR International, and BPI group conducting executive assessments, 360 feedback, competency modeling, leadership development programs, and executive coaching. In 2021, I joined LDW as a Senior Principal of the firm and promoted to Senior Partner in 2024.
