I’ve always been fascinated by why people think, feel, and act the way they do, a curiosity that has guided both my academic journey and lived experiences. At Wesleyan College, I am pursuing a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Political Science, exploring how empathy and science intersect to improve individuals, systems, and communities.I have worked on multiple research projects across areas such as attachment, perception, and decision-making, and recently presented my work at the 2026 Southeastern Psychological Association (SEPA) Conference in New Orleans. My research examined how attachment styles influence emotional regulation and interpersonal development in both personal and professional contexts. These experiences have strengthened my research, analytical, and communication skills, while deepening my commitment to continuing growth in the field of psychology and expanding my understanding of human behavior and cognition.Beyond academics, I lead with creativity and collaboration. As Senator for Academic Affairs and President of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, I have developed my ability to listen, problem-solve, and translate ideas into action. Additionally, managing Wesleyan College’s social media platforms has allowed me to engage the campus community through strategic communication and storytelling.Psychology influences every aspect of human life, and I am committed to using this understanding to create meaningful, real-world impact.
