There, she managed a team advising multinationals across a range of sectors (e.g, Microsoft, PG & E, Kaiser) on M&A, crisis management, cybersecurity, and forensics.Rachel is a native of California and received her law degree from the University of San Diego, where she was on Law Review and President of the Women\'s Law Caucus. Before attending law school, Rachel earned her BA from San Diego State University, where she represented the College of Arts & Letters on the Associated Students Board.An avid American football fan (go 49ers), Rachel even won Super Bowl LIV tickets on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, indulging in Italian cuisine, completing crossword puzzles, and keeping up with current events. Rachel is qualified to practice law in California.
