I\'ve always been fascinated by business. What makes a company successful? How do we solve problems better tomorrow than we did today? What does culture truly mean? And most importantly, how do we cultivate and maintain an experience that is deeply human yet grounded in a shared vision? As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at TruTeam Staffing Advisors, my role is to answer these questions and many more. By serving as a strategic thought partner and driving execution of key projects and initiatives across the organization, my goal is to bring us ever closer to our vision of being the healthcare industry\'s go-to Epic staffing partner.At my core, I\'m a storyteller, animal lover, and passionate advocate for people. After losing my father unexpectedly in 2018, I regularly talk about the intersection of grief and mental health to explore how we can create better support systems in today\'s workplace. In my free time, I\'m a spec fiction author and a member of the Pacific Northwest Writers Association and Hugo House.
