As an integrative, relational, trauma counsellor, I acknowledge the full picture of your life, holding space for how our relationships affect us, the ways we adapt to survive, and the need for an emotionally safe and genuine connection free from the expectations and noise of the world.Working collaboratively, we can gently unpack and process at the pace you choose, illuminate what\'s been overlooked, and build upon the strengths that have carried you this far.I work from anti-oppressive and liberatory framework that honours your voice and agency, and our shared humanity. I also integrate practical tools and interventions informed by DBT, Parts Work Therapy, NARM, and Somatic Therapy with the intention of bringing deeper relief from what no longer serves you.
