I am a leadership coach, experienced yoga instructor, and a strategic partner to leaders who seek clarity in a world of chaos and uncertainty. Here’s something I have noticed: most leaders don’t have mastery over their own bodies and emotions, and that gets in the way of creating great organizations with impactful results. It’s been a theme in my career, and I’m passionate about helping leaders lead from the inside out so that they can have ripple effects for their teams and clients. My clients increase their impact, summon their courage to make big changes, and move to the beat of their collective wisdom. I have coached over changemakers across industries, including nonprofits, government agencies, and private companies. I am a trained mental health coach, an advanced certified yoga teacher, and experienced advisor to mission-driven leaders and organizations. With a BA from UC Berkeley and MPP from USC, I have over a decade of experience as an organizational strategy and impact consultant, and over five years as a creative and entrepreneur.
