   KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Designed and implemented the 2019 and 2022 customer experience and engagement for the Boeing Product Development Aircraft Interiors Show (AIX) room Lead Boeing Crew Alerting Audit team of 50+ flight deck engineers in the examination of 600+ EICAS messages to meet FAA 1322 regulations and requirements Lead all aspects of interior cabin design and development, including galley and lavatory redesign, cabin architecture, lighting, virtual windows, Millennial/Gen Z/Alpha traveler needs, China and India cultural features, and health and well-being features. Direct semi-annual “Working Together” airline customer engagements, including creating VR content for the engagements and leading the on-site build of the BCA Aircraft Interiors Hamburg show booth. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in cabin feature development and passenger experience (including visual perception) across the product lifecycle by leveraging insights from cross-cultural human factors/psychology research. Collaborate closely with spacecraft configurators on NASA’s Commercial LEO Destination project to design, develop, and deliver an optimal passenger experience (encompassing delight, aesthetics, usability, and psychological comfort). Oversee the hiring, recruitment, and training of junior engineers (including writing the Human Factors hiring strategy) while managing consulting contracts and university partnerships for Boeing Research and Technology-China. Authored the research approach and design practices documentation for the design, development, and testing of cabin interior features, and driving the development of the first company-wide searchable UX Research Library.
