With 20 years in HE I have developed a passion for supporting dynamic learning experiences that challenge traditional management approaches to shift the focus on to leadership and management practice. This has build on experience leading a small business and then working for 8 years as business adviser working with a wide range of small businesses seeking growth opportunities. As a Freelance Educator I have the opportunity to work with leaders and managers to examine and guide what it means to be a leader in the 21st Century for both small and large organisations. This requires new ways of thinking and working together to contribute to much needed change in business and in education.
