I started with CIBC Bank in 2001 as a credit Specialist for Visa Credit Cards. In 2004, I moved on as a mortgage Specialist where I worked with existing CIBC mortgage holders. In 2011, I was approached to be a CIBC Team Leader for Inbound Telephone Banking where I was successful in improving my skills in coaching, training and helping representatives develop new skills in sales and where I also had the opportunity to work closely with Executive Recruiters. Since 2013, I have been continuing my success in sales as a Retention mortgage specialist by retaining our existing mortgage holders and by also bringing in new business from other Financial Institutions therefor helping to maintain and increase revenue for CIBC.
