Coordinates local law school and lateral lawyer recruiting programs, and training and mentoring programs, under the direction of the Legal Recruiting Manager and Professional Development Manager•Assists the local office’s participation in firm-wide Legal Recruiting and Professional Development activities, including on-campus interviews, summer program, training programs, statistical data collection, Associate and Summer Associate orientation, and diversity programs•Assists with scheduling on-campus interview dates, providing necessary documentation and coordinating with Law School Career Services staff to handle logistical needs•Coordinates the orientation of incoming hires•Manage the department\'s social media sites •Serve on the KC Events Committee to develop, plan and execute events for marketing and client development
