I\'m a full-time working mom who started my logistics career in carrier sales at CH Robinson, where I learned the ins and outs of the logistics industry and developed a passion for building strong partnerships. After several years in sales, I realized my true calling was in HR & recruiting where I could leverage my industry experience to connect with talented individuals in the logistics space.I have had the incredible opportunity to lead and grow a startup office from the ground up - recruiting top talent, building a strong culture, and putting HR practices and policies in place. Watching the office grow has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.Balancing work and motherhood has made me even more passionate about being part of a workplace where people can thrive both personally and professionally.
