January 2018 – Present – Material Coordinator/Shipping – John Deere Financial – Processing Daily, Monthly Reports through SAP for Raw Material and Parts including Material Flow and Production Planning. This requires strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate and negotiation by emails or phone to suppliers, dealers and management on specification needs for daily Shop Floor Production with Welders. Working with Engineers on product changes to parts while forecasting needs of production. Knowledge of manufacturing within Des Moines Works to include product knowledge of finished inventory being sent to other John Deere Locations for Service, Flash and Dealers for order fulfillment. Monitoring of finished and completed parts produced in the Tillage Area for Inventory Levels. There is a daily order activity along with production planning of parts along with Raw Steel to be purchased and forecasted for future production needs. This includes, Repossession, Recovery, Skip Trace, Probate, Collections, most recently finished a project for company wide reorganization to include Modification, Deferrals, Refinances, Due Date Changes. This Involved training, preparing manuals for processing daily.

I managed 4 stores in retail for financial loans, this was due to downsizing. I had a good experience with Wells Fargo as a banking officer, licensed producer, insurance agent and notary. My job is open to challenges with loans, annuities, ira accounts, developing relationships with customers, coaching team members on a daily basis. As a Banking Officer for Business and Consumer Accounts with Wells Fargo, I would Skip Trace, work with a Repossession and Auction company for vehicles due to non-payment. Prior to banking, I was with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage,(as a Mortgage Underwriter/Team Lead) With 28 years’ experience in call center, management, accounting, retail and significant customer contact. My 10 years experience with Collections in John Deere has allowed for system knowledge, along with the tools needed to handle complex accounts. My daily work direction to the other Recovery Assistants along with questions, emails and issues from a department of 60 plus Collectors with system issues along with processing and correction of funds on dealer and customer accounts gives me a feeling of great accomplishment daily.
