In this role I lead a small but mighty team of foodies + producers who are always on the look out for the latest and greatest innovations + trends in the food and beverage industry. Together, we curate an extensive food and beverage program for 3-4 global conferences per year. The program focuses heavily on sustainability, innovation in the CPG industry, innovation in food-tech + the plant-based movement, and bespoke food activations at our marquee events.Some of the programs I head in this role include:•Designing + overseeing a comprehensive catering program for all attendees, staff + crew •Curating + managing a fun and quirky snack + tasting program •Managing relationships with 100+ partners + vendors•Implementing + developing strict waste management + sustainability solutions
