I design how work flows through organizations.Over the past decade, I’ve built my career at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution — creating operating models, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows that help teams move faster with greater clarity and less friction.At Chime, I previously led portfolio and intake strategy across ~300 initiatives annually, aligning 20+ cross-functional teams to company OKRs and transforming Jira intake into a scalable, data-informed operating model. That work evolved how planning, prioritization, and execution connect across Operations & Member Experience.Today, I focus on enterprise workflow and lifecycle transformation — standardizing the Chime Development Lifecycle, establishing Jira governance models, scaling automation foundations, and positioning Confluence and Jira as systems of record that improve visibility, auditability, and decision quality across the organization.I’m especially energized by ambiguous, high-leverage problems — the kind that require aligning people, process, and technology into systems that scale.Before Chime, I scaled operations and enablement at Rothy’s and Uber, building the infrastructure for how teams learn, execute, and grow. I care deeply about designing systems that empower people — because when the operating model works, teams can focus on what truly matters.
