As the Finance and HR Director at Spawforths, I am passionate about finding the right people to drive our business forward and providing a happy and supportive environment for them to work in. I am also responsible for the management of the company\'s IT, health and safety, facilities, and profile raising. Current interests outside of work include keeping fit, gardening, skiing, all things design related and a love of the arts. Spawforths are an award-winning and innovative multidisciplinary team of architects, planners and master-planners who are passionate about quality place making. Our team are currently promoting over £12 billion worth of development through the planning system including over new homes; 25 million square feet of commercial floor space; and a wide range of commercial and residential architectural projects.
