I lead Platform at NextView Ventures, where I design and deliver the post-investment founder experience. My work sits at the intersection of community, operations, and storytelling. I build and run programs that help founders navigate the earliest days of company-building — from leading tight-knit accelerator cohorts to portfolio-wide retreats, managing expert roundtables, and driving content and talent initiatives, all while building strong one-on-one relationships and cultivating a broader founder network.
