As a User Engagement and Community Analyst Support Co-op at athenahealth, I build and enhance resources within Salesforce Community Builder to support clinical and administrative users, including the creation of Clinical and Billing Release Centers that received over views in the first month. I designed and launched a Value-Based Care hub within the athenaOne Success Community users), centralizing resources and creating new content to improve customer navigation and engagement. I collect and analyze post-Thrive survey responses using Excel and BI dashboard metrics, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders that inform community engagement strategy. Additionally, I conceived and led a Healthcare Recognition pilot, presenting the initiative to 40 stakeholders and driving adoption across multiple user groups, and I monitor and moderate thousands of community interactions to ensure content accuracy, flag attrition risks, and maintain compliance. Through this role, I’ve developed skills in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, project management, and healthcare communication.
