Rachel is a multidisciplinary illustrative artist and content creator with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Communication Arts department at Virginia Commonwealth University. She specializes in character design, illustration, and children’s entertainment arts, driven by her lifelong love of animated films and cartoons. Over the years, she has also developed extensive skills in customer service, administrative support, and content creation, contributing invaluable insights that drive innovation and success in each of these areas.Rachel recently lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for over two and a half years, where she worked as a full-time illustrator in the marketing department at Tierra Encantada\'s headquarters. She created engaging and diverse visuals for the company\'s bilingual education program and daycare centers. Additionally, she illustrated a published children\'s book, An Elf\'s Journey Home - By Kristen Denzer, and produced editorial illustrations for local magazines like Raleigh Magazine and VCU\'s student-run publication The Commonwealth Times.Now residing in her hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina, Rachel has joined Lune Spark Center of Creativity, where she serves as a Customer Service Representative, working to ensure smooth operations and maintain a welcoming, supportive atmosphere at each of Lune Spark’s three locations. In addition, she was promoted to create visually appealing graphics and branded content for Lune Spark\'s social media platforms and now plays the part as their Graphics Designer.
