ABOUT RACHEL GUILES

A little about me. I’m driven by connections and meaning in my work. In my current role, I am the Manager for TAG Employer Brand, supporting all brands under the TAG umbrella (Aspen Dental, WellNow, and AZPetVet, Chapter). My focus is on employer reputation, awards, employee referral program, candidate motivators, and bringing awareness to some of key differentiators. My leadership philosophy stems from passion, purpose, and transparency. Passion drives results. Purpose provides logic. Transparency builds trust. I truly believe that when teams are passionate about the work they do and trust their leader, results reflect that. Previously, I was head of the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing function at DISH, building it from the ground up. My experience at DISH was in strategizing, creating, and leading in the digital space - first with consumer marketing via mydish.com and now with recruitment marketing. My team owned the entire process from strategy, copy, design, and execution of all candidate communications/touchpoints, and talent attraction efforts. I spearheaded the overarching #employerbrand strategy from the careers site, employer brand social, job boards, review sites, paid media, job description reviews, candidate talking points, and everything in between for DISH (Fortune 200 company) and its affiliated companies Sling TV, Boost Mobile, Boost Infinite, and DISH Wireless.In my spare time, I foster with RezDawg Rescue, a Colorado-based animal rescue addressing the needs of stray companion animals in the Four Corners region of the US. In my 5 years with RezDawg, I have saved hundreds of dogs and cats.
